Join our Walk on Wednesdays (WOW) walking group.

We gather every Wednesday morning at 7:15 am in front of Chase Bank and leave promptly at 7:30 am to embark on a brisk 1 hour, 3-mile loop. Every week, we rotate through 12 different routes with each one going by water - the ocean, the bay, the canals, Marine Stadium, and the Colorado Lagoon.

After the walk, those who are interested walk down to Sheldrake's Coffee for a special WOW deal - a small coffee and a bagel for $3.00
